Abstract
In the narrow sense, intellectual property right mainly refers to patent right, trademark right and copyright, in which more valuable for enterprise are the patent right and trademark right. The empirical result indicates that the patent-based core technology and the trademark-based brand have a positive impact on the formation of enterprise competitive advantage, it can provide effective support for enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
