Abstract :
This article makes use of marine diesel engine local instantaneous speed signals. These signals have properties of non-stationary, non-Gauss and low signal-to-noise, and been deal with according to blind source separation (bss) algorithm and combining other time domain, frequency domain analysis method. Hardware design and software design of a vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for diesel engine makes use of PC104 bus, high synchronization sampling, and asynchronies FIFO and DOS operation system and so on. It can realize the marine diesel on-line diagnosis at the same time exactly.
