Abstract
In this paper the adverse effect of lookup table indexing delay on the correction ability of a RF-predistorter is discussed and different digital methods to alleviate this are presented. For what we know the first implementation of a FIR predictor based feedforward delay compensated digital predistorter is presented and measured. The measurements show that the prediction improved the ACP by nearly 10 dB.
