Abstract :
Evaluating the performance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a complex task that requires consideration of many economical and technical factors. This paper proposes a method based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to cope with the multicriteria decision making problems. AHP methodology is adopted for building the evaluation model based on the performance indicators of ERP systems. In order to calculate the relative weights of evaluation indexes, the theory of fuzzy mathematics combining with AHP is used. The results of the case study, which focuses on evaluating the performance indicators of finances, customers, inner process, learning and growing, have provided satisfactory estimates of the performance of ERP systems.
