Abstract
In China, the mobile phone TV national standard should be approved by both broadcasting & TV sector and telecom sector. The game theory is used here to see whether they should cooperate with each other when building the national standard. Through building a model to compare the profit of cooperation with non-cooperation, it proves that the cooperation between them is better than non-cooperation.
