Abstract :
DPF data recorder and its hardware design are presented and the data collected is analyzed. The detection system takes the microcontroller C8051F340 as the monitor core, the serial clock DS1302 as the real-time clock, the NAND Flash large-capacity K9F2G08U0A as the storage medium, which realizes the measurement of vehicle speed, vent-pipe temperatures and counter pressure in the pipe. All of the measurement results can not only be displayed in the LCD screen in real time, but also be sent to the computer by USB port or SD card for data analysis.
