Abstract :
Wireless data acquisition has been applied in lots of areas. Foreign scholars and engineers referred and designed many methods of wireless data acquisition system. The independence and singularity of the wireless data acquisition technique conduct that it can´t meet the requirements of manufacture system. This paper starts from the introduction of the status of wireless data acquisition system and analysis of requirements for the wireless data acquisition system in the manufacturing process. Through the presentation of data acquisition mode in the manufacture process and the analysis of the regular data acquisition system, an intelligent on shop wireless data acquisition system is developed. It also researches the topological structure mode, function of intelligent unit and the coordination process between the operation mechanisms based on the intelligent unit wireless system and IPC on workshop.
