Abstract :
An NRD guide single mixer was developed by using two types of band-pass filters at 60 GHz. The measured insertion losses were 0.3 dB for a LO filter at 59 GHz and 0.5 dB for an RF filter at 60 GHz, respectively. Moreover, the isolation between two filters was measured to be more than 35 dB. By using these filters, a compact-sized single mixer was fabricated. The conversion loss was measured to be 7 dB on average in an IF-band of 400MHz at a center frequency of 1 GHz.
