Abstract
With the evolution of the concept of energy safety, international regional cooperation has become an important way to countries to solve energy issues. In the Northeast Asia the regional energy cooperation is an inevitable trend. However, due to the complexity of regional energy cooperation, the progress of the Northeast Asia regional energy cooperation is not smoothly. This paper by using the dynamic analysis method of evolutionary game, constructs an evolutionary game model of regional energy cooperation, which introduces the capability structure, discount factor and other important factors. It can conclude that the evolutionary path of regional energy cooperation has non-linear complex trait. And it can be found that the abscissa and ordinate of the system saddle point is the coordinate value of the changing of system evolutionary path. Then analyses the key factors those influence the evolutionary path of the Northeast Asia regional energy cooperation.
