Abstract :
A control system for a high temperature and high pressure fluid-solid action furnace based on the self-revise PID was introduced. The hardware system was composed by an industrial computer, a servo and PLC system. Based on this hardware system the algorithm of the PID tuning was improved. Finally, this system functions were fulfilled of the control, self-revise PID and automatic temperature and pressure distribution. This system is already applied and can achieve the technical requirement.
