Abstract :
More and more enterprises have started Electronic Commerce (EC) in recent years, and the quality of business websites plays a crucial role in the EC development. Based on the characteristics and effects of business websites, this paper first establishes the Balanced Scorecard-based (BSC) evaluation index system, determines the index weight by means of entropy of information theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It then appraises the quality of enterprise business websites in terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. An example of a certain enterprise business website is provided finally to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system and the validity of the evaluation method.
