  • Abstract
In recent years, crime types and modus operandi changes constantly. With the continuous development of virtual reality technology, Application of virtual reality technology in crime scene reconstruction has become a research hotspot. This paper focuses on design of a VCSR (Virtual Crime Scene Reconstruction) system based on virtual reality technology, and discusses its key technologies, such as collision detection and geometric modeling. The VCSR overcomes the lack of traditional crime scene reconstruction methods, and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the crime scene reconstruction.
