  • Abstract
In this paper, the moral hazard in Virtual Enterprise (VE) is studied based on principal-agent theory with random constraints. The risk coefficient is used to quantify the member´s risk preferences in VE, and the principal-agent model with random parameters is used to deal with the problem. Firstly, according to uncertain environment in VE, the model with random constraints is proposed, then the model is solved using the method based on risk coefficient, and some significative conclusions are obtained through analyzing the result.
