Abstract :
Based on measuring datum from weather observation equipments, the variable rules and characteristics of atmospheric refractive index are analyzed. According to that, the accurate model for high atmospheric refractive index within 9 km is founded, and the accuracy of this model is examined according to weather explore datum.
