Abstract :
As the fast development of C2C E-business, the report about network humbug is more and more frequent, and the credit matters also have been received higher attention by people. Based on interrelated literatures, this paper set up the seller credit evaluation index system in three degrees, and confirmed the weight of the different level indexes using Delphi and AHP method; this paper set three time-variable weighting functions such as linear, convex and concave, established a dynamic mathematical model for evaluating the seller credit, and used for buyers with different time preferences to evaluate the seller credit. Taking one seller of the Taobao net for example, which gave out the calculation process of the seller´s credit evaluation, the result showed that the model can reflect the seller credit well. Besides, this method also can be used on buyer credit evaluation which provides fairer net shopping environment and scientific management methods for the development of C2C E-business.
