Abstract :
On the basis of analyzing characters of freeway network tolling data stream and SPEED algorithm, this paper proposes a data stream mining system using SPEED algorithm, and presents detailed design and implementation. The data stream mining system that presented in this paper includes three parts: data preparation, data stream mining and data Discard. The primary goal of our work is to establish a data stream mining system model designed for freeway network tolling at freeway´s company. However this structure can be easily expanded to other areas of data stream mining.
