Abstract :
The design phase is the key to the implementation of construction standards and industrial policies, but the basis of the control of construction project investments to achieve its sustainable development. How to accurately identify, measure, control and manage risk is a focus of risk management to architectural design enterprises. This paper identifies the common risk factors in the design, combined with the main three stages where architectural design risks occur, then builds a set of rational evaluation index system of construction project risk and analyzes the risk factors based on the evaluation model of gray correlation degree.
