Abstract :
The international corporations in retail trade are developing fast in China at present; their competitive mode is changing from price competition to the supply chain management competition. To integrate upstream supply chain, these corporations are trying to buy out the land management right of Chinese peasants at upstream extremity in the name of Chinese agricultural companies. This article mainly studies on the welfare distribution of players in supply chain in cooperative game by Shapley value when upstream extremity of supply chain is monopolized by these international corporations, then get the conclusions about gain and loss of players´ earning in such a case, and put forward proposals based on conclusions.
