Abstract :
In recent years the regulation of our country´s E-money has faced multiple challenges. This article uses game theory and establishes three complete information of static game models between E-money issuing instrument, E-money circulating institution, E-money users and supervisors of which government take the lead. Through the discussion of model equilibrium it will disclose the key to E-money supervision and offer corresponding advice.
