Abstract :
A unique Si MMIC Gilbert cell mixer has been developed which exhibits a 20 dB dynamic range improvement for homodyne receivers over the conventional Gilbert cell mixer for essentially the same gain, noise figure, chip size, cost, and DC power consumption.<>
