For the characteristic of the medicine diagnosis knowledge, the paper gave the kind of knowledge expression in the fuzzy expert system based on the membership function. Imitated thinking process which the expert diagnoses, gave the fuzzy diagnosis inference strategy based on the match. Finally introduced the application in the disease control expert system.
