Abstract :
Service quality is an important index to value working effect of government. As a new type of service management, e-government could play a positive role to service quality of government. This paper research how e-government influences service quality. We find out the function, variables and the most important variables. Following that, we put forward some measure and proposals on how to improve service quality of Chinese government and some future research.
