Abstract :
According to the railway construction project quality evaluation involves many complex features, though using the supply chain thoughts and extension theory and analyzing the influence factors of the project quality, The matter-element model was put forward based on supply chain thoughts, Which applied to high-speed rail project quality evaluation, We found that this model can be more concise and reflect the quality of the rail project level.
