Abstract :
The research of wideband source number estimation is still key issue in space spectrum estimation. The veracity of the direction finding algorithms is directly influenced by the false alarm and miss probability. However, the performances of them are degraded under the low SNR, colored noise fields and these algorithms have higher computational complexity. To overcome these drawbacks, a new wideband source number estimation algorithm based on line property is proposed. The simulation results with low SNR, colored noise fields demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness.
