Given to the complexity and anfractuosity of the forest ecosystem and forestry industry coupling effect, considering the relationship and timing sequence of its two subsystems, this paper adopts gray correlation model which can conduct a more comprehensive analysis for multi-factor interaction within a system in order to facilitate quantitative evaluation towards the coupling relationship and the coordination degree of the forest ecosystem and forestry industry. Finally obtains the main forcing factors of which the forest ecosystem restricts the development of forest industry as well as the restraint factors of which the forest industry affects the forest ecosystem, along with the interactive coupling relationship between the functional groups of the two systems.
