Abstract :
This paper presents a temperature controlled current generator, built in a low-voltage modified bipolar process, within a bigger integrated piezoresistive pressure sensor chip. This circuit provides a positive temperature coefficient for the output current to compensate the inherent high-temperature loss of sensitivity of the pressure sensor bridge
