Abstract :
The real-time and accurate detection of harmonic currents is an important part of active power filters. In this paper, the DC component method is applied to a specific harmonic current detection of a three-phase circuit, which is based on the instantaneous reactive power theory ip-iq method, and use MATLBE simulation software to establish corresponding simulation circuits, then make a simulation study on a harmonic current that the overtone order is given to verify the correctness and feasibility of this method. The experiment and simulation results demonstrate that the presented method, compared to LPF, is easier to implement and has higher precision, better realtime detection performance and bigger practical value.
