Abstract :
In this report the results of laser-induced tissue oxygenation for elimination of tissue hypoxia in solid tumors are presented. It is predicted that the efficiency of PDT as well as radiation and chemotherapeutic methods could be significantly increased due to extra supply of tumor tissue by free molecular oxygen. The results of mathematical modeling the kinetic of oxygen distribution into tissue from arterial blood are discussed.
