Research on the Knowledge Diffusion Mechanism of Knowledge-Intensive Based Services Cluster

On the base recognizing of Knowledge diffusion characteristics of the Knowledge Intensive Based Services (KIBS), the paper discusses three main influencing factors of KIBS cluster knowledge diffusion: characteristics of the cluster main body, contents of the knowledge diffusion and the medium of the knowledge diffusion. The finding suggests level structures of KIBS cluster knowledge diffusion consists of two levels: one is the outer layer of KIBS cluster knowledge diffusion. The other is internal circulation of knowledge diffusion in KIBS cluster. The study indicates that the knowledge diffusion in the different phase of KIBS cluster life cycle has the different diffusion way and path.
