Abstract :
The development of software and service outsourcing promotes the economic growth in recipient country. And this paper examines the impacts of international software and service outsourcing through an econometric model on economic growth in the aspects of the trade in service, the upgrading of industrial structure, the employment, and the labor productivity, with the data of Dalian, China from 1999 to 2007. The results are that the software and service outsourcing has comprehensive and profound influences on economy, and it also plays an important role in the further advancement of modern service industry.
