  • Abstract
China is a big coal producer in the world. The frequent safety accidents during coal production adversely influence the enterprises´ production and the society´s harmony, and bring great damage to the national economy. The enterprises should apply Control Self-Assessment to the safety in production, and evaluate its implementation of internal control. While improving the control environment, the management section of safety should try to predict all kinds of potential risks and work out solutions to avoid more accidents. Finally, it can help to build a safe working environment for mineworkers. By this way, the enterprises are able to heighten the workers´ awareness of safety in production, improve the working environment of mine, and strengthen the competence for the position, and the problem of safety production can be resolved from three aspects mentioned above.
