Research on the Integrator´s Control Channels of Complex Products and Systems Innovation

In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of complex products and systems (CoPS) firstly. According to the CoPS cross-enterprise organizational form and project management features, as well as system integrators´ leading role in the project management of CoPS, we research on system integrators´ control channels at different stages of innovation, which the four control aspects (progress, cost, quality, safety) are undertaken with the stakeholder theory as a framework. Finally, we concluded that the projects can be achieved through balancing the benefits and power of the various stakeholders.
