The social old-age insurance of urbanized-drafted farmer is implemented "three point" raising pattern in the majority area of our country, and the majority places mainly use the basic social security old-age insurance pattern. However, there exists many problems in reality, for example, drafted farmer\´s enthusiasm to senate the guarantee, the senate guarantees rate and so on. Through investigate and study farmer social old-age insurance experiment site area of Yunnan Province--Chenggong County in Kunming, the author carry on the discussion on the existed problems, which discovered in the implementary procession of drafted farmers\´ social old-age insurance.
