Abstract :
The coordination of twin-wire welding parameters is much more complex than that of single wire. A high-speed twin-wire pulse MAG welding platform is established to find the match parameters´ law. A large number of experiments have been done that pulse currents through the two wires in different conditions of rotation, synchronization and random. These experiments show a conclusion that the welded seam shape is best while synchronization phase and better while random and the worst while rotation in the same specification parameters.
