Abstract :
In this paper , CC (Creative Commons) agreement and accrediting mode of the agreement copyright are described, the impact of CC license agreement on the storage modes of digital media and the accrediting mode are discussed, and the classifications of the storage modes of institutional repositories are defined .There are now such self-storage modes as institutional repositories, discipline storage , individual homepage blog and so on . The constrain storage form also is divided into the constrain self-storage and commitment storage by agreement. At the same time the cause of existing problems of institutional repositories and slow progressing in China are analyzed. For increasing in approbation degree of users to the mode of digital media, a common constructing mode of unconstraint self-storage and constrain self-storage on the CC zero agreement and the open source collaboration mode are put forward , so as to establish the correlative laws and license policy of constrain storage agreement to study many effective storage methods in more favor of implement of the digital media sharing.
