Abstract
The root cause of the questions that many organizations faced, such as low efficiency, inadequate execution and dissatisfactory organizational performance, was the lack of process design of organization management. As the variety of organization types this paper divided the organization types into three, namely manual labor-based, skill-based, intelligence-based, according to the principal staff who constituted the organization overall. And then the paper provided the concepts of group need structure and dominant need. On this basis, by logical analysis the paper constructed the process of organization management that was constituted with need analysis, humanity hypothesis, organizational culture, system design, implementation process and organizational performance and made the description and characteristics analysis on the process.
