Abstract :
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have begun to play an active role in modern economy. Researchers know that Enterprises´ social capital is useful for their performance, but very little is known about this relation in SMEs. Using data from an empirical study of SMEs, we devise a research of SMEs´ entrepreneur credit and enterprise alliance strategy. These findings and their implications are discussed: SMEs´ruler credit merit enterprise alliance strategy; SMEs´ scale, district area and industrial field affect relation of SMEs´ruler credit and enterprise alliance strategy.
