Abstract :
An initialization-free structure for the AgOx super-resolution near-field structure (super-RENS) optical disk has been investigated, and results showed the improvement of the CNR. High reflectivity, better tracking and increasing of the CNR on the initialization-free AgOx super-resolution DVD disk and phase-change disk of AlTi/ZnS-SiO2/Sb2Te3/Ge2Sb2Te5/Sb2Te3/ZnS-SiO2/polycarbonate have successfully demonstrated the feasibility of this novel structure.
