Analyzing Influencing Factors of Organizational Innovative Climate Based on DEMATEL Method

Summarizing influencing factors of organizational innovative climate according to literature review, the paper which analyzes influencing factors of organizational innovative climate quantitatively by using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach explores internal structure of influencing factors system. Its conclusion is that the key influencing factors of organizational innovative climate are organizational strategy, leadership style, organizational structure and management practices and so on, which should be especially focused on in the course of forming a good innovative climate in the organization. It provides a theoretical basis to manage organizational innovation.
