Abstract
Basing on samples of 143 multinational subsidiaries in China, the thesis discusses and validates effect of multinational subsidiary´s entrepreneurial orientation and its subdimensions on performance. The thesis also explores moderating role of environmental dynamism. The thesis found multinational subsidiary´s EO was positively associated with performance, and environmental dynamism hadn´t moderating effect on relationship of multinational subsidiary´s entrepreneurial orientation and performance. The thesis extends research production of existing corporate entrepreneurship and makes the conclusion that corporate entrepreneurship can forecast enterprise performance gain validation in the use of multinational subsidiary.
