Based on the fully identification of influence factors on enterprise knowledge management strategy, first the four-phase model for enterprise knowledge management strategy change is established, and the mathematical form of the model is expressed in Markov chain , and the influence of various factors on trend of EKMS change. Then the simulation of model is conducted on computer, the degree of influence on strategic change and various combinations of the parameters of Strategic changes in different characteristics for enterprise knowledge management strategy of flexible by the various control parameters is obtained, and provide a theoretical basis for research on EKMS.
