  • Abstract
    A novel structure of a Super-RENS disc with inorganic-write-once recording layer was proposed. The below-diffraction-limited mark size as small as 60 nm can be readout by a blue laser of 405 nm. The CNR was about 44.2 dB at 150 nm mark size and 2.5 mW readout power.
