Abstract :
In this paper, the author researches the content, the connotation, the goals, the characteristics of control strategy of management information cost, and the relations between management information cost control and value creation. Pointed out especially that management information cost control strategy includes the strategic management information cost control and the strategy in process of management information cost control, and its goal is also a combined system.
