Abstract :
U-I collaborative Innovation has become an imperative for both universities and companies to strengthen their values and to remain competitiveness gained. This paper, Firstly based on U-A model and dominant design perspective, identifies three key controllable factors which affecting U-I innovation performance as research hypothesis; Secondly, based on the acquisition of 551 questionnaires and the mathematical statistics methods, verifies above hypothesis. The research result of this paper will play very important role for U-I collaboration innovation practices, as well as for optimizing public polices.
