Abstract :
Networked application is in the stage of rapid development. Current paradigm of application running is low in efficiency and profit because of blurred boundary of responsibility and coarse use of resource. This paper presents SORA, a network based service oriented resource architecture. With clearly defined responsibility and service oriented paradigm, different roles in the architecture focus on their own responsibility; resources necessary for running networked application, including business logic, hardware & software environment, and network connection, are encapsulated into service. Different roles in the architecture interact with each other through well-defined interface. Efficiency of resource utilization and profit of different roles is improved. Global architecture, functionalities and relationships of roles in SORA is discussed, encapsulation of resources is described, and workflow of SORA is presented.
