Managing technical professionals: how to determine priorities

MY previous article focused on when to know to cancel a project. As I sat down to write my last article of 2013, I realized that this might be the right time to consider how to determine priorities. We´re approaching the end of the year rapidly, most of us are busy closing out 2013 projects, and at the same time we are working to finalize priorities and projects for 2014. So here are some thoughts and suggestions to help you determine the priorities for your group that might be handy at this time of the year.
