Abstract :
Aiming at the features and the complexity of the inter-basin water diversion project, the multiobjective hierarchical structure model was established based on numerous assessment indexes and initial layout schemes. The model was solved through the improved AHP method with the optimum transfer matrix. The proposed method was successfully applied to the construction site layout of the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project. It provides a new method for the optimal decision-making of the construction site layout in the water diversion project.
