As the environment and customer needs become more and more instability and complex, Flexible manufacturing capability plays a very important role in enhancing firm´s Competitive advantage and performance. Based on previous studies, this paper makes an explorative study of the relationship among Flexible manufacturing competence, Competitive advantage and firm performance, then the relationship among them is discussed and examined empirically using Analysis tools such as LISREL8.7 with evidence from the manufacturing enterprises in PRD.
