  • Abstract
To meet the needs of complex mechatronic systems development, a scalable adaptive integration architecture was established to supporting multidisciplinary collaborative design. Via the framework requirements analysis, the six hierarchies´ functional structures were put forward, and key technologies development was addressed. The collaborative design and multidisciplinary optimization environment was realized, task execution process modeling syntax of group cooperation was achieved. Data multi-views consistency management was carried out over the collaborative process, and knowledge process management was implemented. Heterogeneous cross-platform and scalable application tools integration, resources sharing and interoperability were realized. The prototyping system was developed, in Web environment, and application experiences were also fulfilled. The service-oriented adaptive integration framework effectively supported multidisciplinary collaborative design under network environment.
