Abstract :
This paper presents an original algorithm complementary to the synthesis process of filters with dual behavior resonators (DBRs). This algorithm allows including in the synthesis of such filters technological and topological aspects that permit to obtain a specified 3dB-bandwidth, departing from a Tchebyscheff response with the desired ripple. The algorithm inclusion results in a DBR filter which fits in a remarkable manner the 3dB-bandwidth. Along with the equal-ripple-bandwidth, the other electrical specifications are also fulfilled.
